Notice

- The BIBs must be attached visibly on the running vest, one on the front and the other on the back.
- Drinks and Sponges
1) Refreshment stations will be set on the right-hand side of the course at every 5km intervals from the start.
(5km, 10km, 15km, 20km, 25km, 30km, 35km, 40km)
2) Sub-stations where water sponges are available, will be set up between each refreshment stations.
(7.5km, 12.5km, 17.5km, 22.5km, 27.5km, 32.5km, 37.5km)
3) Elite athletes may only take water or refreshments at the official stations provided by the race organisation.
- Refreshments can be shared between competitors, including pacemakers. However any continuous support from any athlete to one or more others may be regarded as unfair assistance and warnings and/or disqualifications may be applied.
- If an athlete experiences physical difficulty or if any unexpected problem arises during the race, he/she should contact nearest attendant or official available of the Organizing Committee and follow their instructions.
- An athlete should immediately discontinue running if ordered to do so by an attending medical official or by the referee, and follow their instructions.
